    A database is essentially like a chest where you can store all your special things. This data is well-organized, stored, and managed so that users can easily keep track of it and access it efficiently.





B.WHAT TYPE OF SOFTWARE IS MICROSOFT OFFICE EXCEL?

    Microsoft Office Excel is a spreadsheet software that allows users to create, manage, and analyze data, making it easier for them to organize information. If you wish to calculate your data quickly, Excel can do the job for you. Not only can Excel perform calculations, but it can also create graphs, charts, and much more.




 C.WHAT TYPE OF SOFTWARE IS MICROSOFT OFFICE ACCESS?

    Microsoft Office Access is a database management software.  Allowing the users to create and manage these database. It also allows them to store, retrieve and handle data by using tables, forms and etc. Microsoft Office Access is also a helper for keeping track of all your important data. 


 D.THINK OF ATLEAST TWO DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ACCESS AND EXCEL.

    The two difference between them is that Microsoft Excel is mostly used for calculations, graphs, charts and other related data. It is also used and good for numerical data. Meanwhile for Microsoft Access, it is only used to keep things organized. Its purpose is to keep track of the information.
